Women Entrepreneurs Tend to Be More Professional

            Women entrepreneurs have shown their movement in the economic development of Indonesia. The minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Sharif Hasan told a group of women entrepreneurs are proactive in improving the welfare at least in their family.

            “Women Entrepreneurs is a group of active women who have dared to take the initiative in economic development in order to improve the welfare of the family,” said Sharif at the Young Entrepreneur and Independent Young Technopreneur 2014 in Senayan, Wednesday ( 15/01/2014 ).

            Moreover, Sharif said that women entrepreneurs tend to be more professional. “Women entrepreneurs are more responsible and professional in managing finances,” he said .

            Sharif said the government and banks have supported women entrepreneurs by providing financing access. Such access is expected to provide an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to develop their business.

            “In 2013 the business credit (KUR) has exceeded U.S. $ 137 billion to 10 million borrowers. All financial access has been implemented” said Sharif.

Kasus Masalah : KASUS ETIKA BISNIS INDOMIE DI TAIWAN 

Kesimpulan :
Etika bisnis dalam perusahaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting, yaitu untuk membentuk suatu perusahaan yang kokoh dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi serta mempunyai kemampuan menciptakan nilai (value-creation) yang tinggi, diperlukan suatu landasan yang kokoh. Biasanya dimulai dari perencanaan strategis , organisasi yang baik, sistem prosedur yang transparan didukung oleh budaya perusahaan yang andal serta etika perusahaan yang dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan konsekuen.
Seperti pada kasus Indomie masalah yang terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai kandungan-kandungan apa saja yang terkandung dalam produk mie tersebut sehingga Taiwan mempermasalahkan kandungan nipagin yang ada dalam produk tersebut. Padahal menurut BPOM kandungan nipagin yang juga berada di dalam kecap dalam kemasam mie instan tersebut, kadar kimia yang ada dalam Indomie masih dalam batas wajar dan aman untuk dikonsumsi. Selain itu standar di antara kedua Negara yang berbeda Indonesia yang merupakan anggota Codex Alimentarius Commision dan karena Taiwan bukan merupakan anggota Codec sehingga harusnya produk Indomie tersebut tidak dipasarkan ke Taiwan.

Saran : Bagi perusahaan Indomie sebaiknya memperbaiki etika dalam berbisnis, harus transparan mengenai kandungan-kandungan apa saja yang terkandung dalam produk mie yang mereka produksi agar tidak ada permasalah dan keresahan yang terjadi akibat informasi yang kurang bagi para konsumen tentang makanan yang akan mereka konsumsi.

II. Kesimpulan

                        Konsep teori etika merupakan suatu konsep ideal yang dapat diterapkan dalam

            suatu organisasi bisnis. Penerapan konsep tersebut dalam organisasi bisnis sering

            mengalami hambatan dan tantangan. Suatu organisasi bisnis yang sedang mengalami

            dilema etis dalam mengambil keputusan harus mengambil keputusan dengan bijak.

            Keputusan yang diambil sering mengalami benturan antara kepentingan stake holder

            dengan konsep etika yang ada. Keputusan yang diambil, meski sulit, harus mampu

            mengakomodir semua kepentingan stake holder sekaligus memperhitungkan etika

            yang ada. Dari semua pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa suatu

            dilema etis akan selalu dihadapi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Solusi dari

            pengambilan keputusan yang etis terletak pada individu yang menggerakkan sistem

            yang ada. Individu merupakan pelaku utama dalam organisasi itu sendiri. Di sini, moral

            motive individu memegang peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Moral

            motive yang dimiliki individu dapat menjadi motor dalam organisasi untuk mengambil

            keputusan etis. Kumpulan individu yang mempunyai moral motive dalam organisasi

            dapat mewarnai keputusan organisasi menjadi lebih etis.

III. Critical review 

                        Secara keseluruhan, jurnal ini sudah cukup lengkap dan memenuhi standar penulisan. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang menjadi critical review antara lain jurnal ini   kurang pembahasan, metedeologi, dan rancangan dari jurnal tersebut.
